Offsite Backups

As an extra layer of safety we also backup your sites to our offsite server.

To protect your website from any malicious code we run regular scans to make sure your website is not infected.

If you host with us, then your website will be backed up daily.

From time to time you might notice little issues with your website, we’ll be here to fix them.

How does it work?

Once you register with us, we’ll ask you to provide us with your login credentials for your website and hosting account.

Once we have access to your website we’ll run updates on all your themes, plugins and core system files.

Do you only support WordPress?

Yes we only support websites that run WordPress, if you have a website and would like us to transfer it to WordPress then please contact us to discuss your options.

Can I cancel anytime?

Any plan without hosting can be cancelled anytime.

Plans including hosting come with a 12-month rolling contract.

What will happen to my website if it's hosted with you when I cancel?

If your website is hosted with us and you wish to cancel your account, this will mean that your website will no longer be accessible online. To prevent any loss of data, we ask that you give us 30 days notice to begin the cancellation process, during this time you can request from your new hosting provider to safely migrate your data over.

If your website is not migrated over to your new host within the 30 day notice period we will not be held liable for any loss of data.

I have more than one website, can you maintain them under one plan?

Each website will need it’s own plan however if you have more than one website we offer bulk discounts on each additional website (discount applies to Enterprise & Unlimited Plans only)

What kind of Tasks are included in my plan?

Any task such as editing text, changing images, adding custom styles, changing layout, editing colours or anything else that can be performed on your website is considered a Task.

How long is a task?

Per requested task must take us no longer than 30 minutes, if you would like us to complete a task for you that will take longer than 30 minutes please let us know and we can send you an invoice.

What does a One Off Task involve?

One off tasks involve any task that won’t take longer than an hour, such as bug fixes, updates to core files, plugin install, plugin setup (basic setup), content update or anything else you need done on your website.

Can I buy more than 1 One Off Tasks?

Certainly, just let us know what task you need doing on your website and we’ll quote you.
