Every site we build gets Essential support as standard on a monthly plan. The other two are for businesses that change their site often, or would rather we handled it.

Change time is per month and does not roll over. Anything bigger than your plan gets quoted first, so nothing is ever added to your bill without you agreeing to it. You can move between plans, or stop a paid plan, with a month's notice.
